Hey! Guys and Gals...

I have changed the gasket on my valve cover N14 R56

and I snapped a bolt putting the valve cover back on...

Anyone have the Part # to these Bolts? Fastners...? N14 engine

I have searched online and still searching....

I have emailed Way to see if he carries them...

I really don't want to go to the stealership....

 

There's more than one size bolt used for the VC. Take a look at this illustrated parts list --- http://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/select You only need the last few characters of your VIN to get all the part numbers you need. Since the description has the size listed, you could get one from your local hardware store.

You should also consider getting the Bentley service manual --- for tightening sequence and torque specs. Pricey, but well worth it!
