Finally found time to fix this issue. For the past two weeks I've been having these codes (2418 / 2419) cleared them but they keep coming back. As others pointed out, I checked the wires under the car, true enough, the wires were exposed. For some reason I don't understand, how the hell did they scrape the insulation. I fixed this by cutting the wires, soldering them, wrapping with electrical tape and shrink wrap for added security. All in all, it was well worth my hour and a half. Codes cleared and never came back the next time I started the car. I love this forum! Thank you!

 

perhaps a mouse took the insulation home and left these wires exposed.
