The other day, I got in my car and the fan for the HVAC system was not working. I would turn the fan all the way up, and I could feel heat or cold respectively on the vent, but no air was moving. I checked the fuse for the fan and it was still intact, as well as checking what I thought might be the relay for the fan, which still worked. Is the fan anywhere accessible that I might be able to check if if the fan is just stuck before I take it to a mechanic? Or is there anything else I might be able to check that might be causing the problem?
