Oil Filter Housing Bolt Torque

Anyone know what the oil filter housing bolt torque should be? Would seem mildly important to me as we want to ensure a good seal, however, I can find no torque specs anywhere.

It has an O ring, just screw it in until it stops turning, no more.

Maybe I should have been clearer - not the plastic oil filter housing - but the oil filter housing block to engine bolts.... just replaced all the seals...
