I have just replaced all my motor mounts at 132000. Although not torn they were sagged. But the surprise was the left side mount main nut was loose! Every time I accelerated it would clunk. Keep in mind!

 

mine clunks almost the whole way driving. I suspect that mount is the culprit. I will see this weekend if that is the case. I also noticed the driver side slightly started to sink in (the rubber inside the housing of the motor mount). I might use thread lock too.
