I've order two separate replacement salvaged side mirrors for my mini and both end up being the wrong ones. The options when selecting the mirrors are without automatic tilt, without automatic fold, as my mirrors (to my knowledge) don't automatically tilt and do not automatically fold.

However when I've ordered a replacement it doesn't fit into the plug. The plug for my car needs a 6 pin and the mirrors that I've ordered have 7 pins and aren't the right shape to clip in... I'm at a loss. I've double checked to see if those features are correct, but I've never noticed my mirrors automatically tilt in reverse, and the automatic fold option doesn't work when I turn the mirror adjustment **** to the extreme left or right.

Please help so I can have my passenger side mirror again! Thanks!!!

I don't think any US MINI's have the auto-tilt in reverse feature like BMW does. But the power folding is an option, you can check bmwvin.com and plug in your vin to see the options that came with your car. What is the part number of the mirrors you bought? This looks to be the correct part if you need one without power folding:

Also I'm doing a little more research and i think the option code might say something like exterior mirror with auto-dip, but that actually refers to the auto-DIMming functionality. At least, it seems like that is the consensus.
