So my high-pressure fuel pump is going out in my 2012 Cooper S. I thought for sure I was going to be stuck paying for the bill. Apparently they have extended the warranty to cover 2012 models. Just thought I would pass this information along. They did ask for my vin to check for coverage. I suppose it's possible some 2012s would not be covered

I think mine's on it's way out also - i have a 2010 cooper s. So far everything i have been reading said the warranty was extended for 2007-2009 models. So there's still hope i'm covered? (crosses fingers)
