I have a 2008 MCS with 17" rims with the run flat tires that were replaced about 3k miles ago before I bought the car. I want to buy a set of steelie rims and winter tires or all seasons with a better tread for winter. Can I get 15" or 16" rims on it for better winter tires? What is the bolt pattern on 08 MCS?

if it's an MCS then the smallest wheel you can go is 16" diameter because of the brake size

Edit: didn't see your second question, the bolt pattern is 4x100
