What is this piece (under the engine) called & how do I order/replace it?

I noticed half of this piece was loose & dangling so I cut it off. Looked like it was one piece & it went across the whole front.

What is that part & how do I replace it?

Is there also a little tire/wheel mud guard of some sort attached to this? I thought I saw it on another MC but maybe that was a newer model.

Also, seems like the lower radiator hose is also sort of dangling. Are there clamps for that?

Thanks!

I want to say it's part 10 in this diagram:

I recently took the front bumper off my 2013 JCW so I know the bumpers are not the same, but this part here looks to be that little deflector right in front of the wheel. They're attached to the bumper cover via pushpin fasteners, there's 4 or so of them. You can probably order through your dealer or use the part number to find it online at ECSTuning

Thanks for your suggestions. I got the little left & right lips today from the dealer but it seems like those 2 attach to the front spoiler part #9:
http://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/show...diagId=51_7961

So I think the broken sections are part of the front spoiler & these 2 lips attach to that. I think 3lusive is talking about the same thing. OEM part number 51117248788

Found this better photo after some googling.

Am I right?

Perhaps you're right, it might be an integrated part of the front bumper then. that part number you listed is for that whole plastic piece. If that is the part then I think the only way to get a new one is to get a whole new front spoiler which I'm not sure is worth it. I would bet it's $100+

Here is an application guide for the front spoiler if that ends up being the culprit!
