How are the two accessories pointed by the arrows named?

 

The top piece is the trunk lid grip (named on RealOEM at least: http://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/show...diagId=41_1770) it's number 5 in the list

The bottom piece i think is this one?

So to get only the chrome line, i have to purchase the whole grill?

 

That's my guess but it's hard to say for sure. I don't see the chrome liner piece in that diagram, but I saw it was for chrome line cars so I am assuming it comes with that liner.
so you might be better off going to a dealer and showing the parts guy that picture, he will probably have a better search tool
