I bought the car 1 month after the recall came out so i had no idea if it was replaced or got a letter from mini. I bought it at 56,000 miles now it is at 104,000

I didn't get a loner car, i didnt find it nessasery. The MINI is going to be there for a couple of weeks :'(

Hope its ok, I would have asked for a loner so at least be driving a MINI for a while. I had body work done once for the rust issue, and other things. Know about being without a MINI for a month. But got a MINI loaner, so all is well.

I got a loner F56 Mini and i must say i miss my R56, the F56 feels more like a BMW then a MINI. The car is just not to my likening but i must say that it pulls hard.

It does have a much softer ride then the R52 , but the auto transmission i feel is much better.
