air conditioning line support bracket

Hi I am a new mini owner of a r56 08 mini cooper s 2dr hatchback and I was getting a little oil in my intake so I rebuilt my turbo yesterday. upon inspection I noticed a polished line on my passenger side axle and realized the small bracket that holds what I think is ac lines up is missing you can see where it was bracketed to hold the lines up. Does anyone know of a parts diagram with part number where I can order this bracket that holds the lines up where the passenger side axle can not rub looks like its only hanging about a 1/2 inch low. thanks for any ones help

Looks like it can only rub when I hit a bump and the suspension compresses
