It's really a PITA to reach back to my seat belt and put it on. Went to the dealer today to inquire about the MINI Seat Belt Holders. He told me he would not suggest them as they have a lot off issues with them breaking.

Any other options for me?

Never mind, after some searching I see what a true POS the seatbelt holder really is and to date there are some things that help a little, but not really a solid solution. :(
