I have an 08 R56 base that the reverse lights will not work. I have replaced the switch on the tranny and the bulbs and fixtures are good. I have 12v at the plug for the switch on the tranny. I have pulled both light fixtures from the car to check them with a 12v source and they check good. I have also used a paper clip to jump the connector and nothing. This is a car that like most with a sunroof has had water inside. The BCM was replaced with a used one at some point. And I have just replaced that one with another used one. Just using that information to let anyone know that this car has had water in it. No I haven't diagnosed that water issue as of yet. But this reverse light has me stumped and I need a little input if anyone has any. At this point I am about ready to run a new wire. Thanks in advance for any input.
