I recently purchased a 2011 Clubman with similar options, love the room, the roof rack is very functional and even though it's an auto it's still fun to drive. It came with the maintenance warranty till 2018 but I would've much rather had the mechanical warranty, that said I'd be all over this deal. Good luck!

My wife bought 2011 Clubman CPO and love it. The color of your Clubman is the color she wanted but there were none available. She has a sparkling silver with black roof and mirrors and love it. Today will probably be the last day for the open sunroof for a while it is getting cooler starting today. Mini are different and that is what she likes you know a Mini when you see one. She is 68 and gets a lot of looks from younger drivers as she zips around. Have fun enjoy.

If you buy it [the 2009 Mini Cooper S Clubman] make sure that your girlfriend checks the oil level frequently until she gets a feel for how much oil it burns.

also...the "transferable extended protection plan for up to 100K miles or until 4/5/17" is a big plus.

Yes, I will be the one staying on top of the maintenance. The warranty and new tires were a big selling point. The car is indeed in excellent condition. I think she should have it by Thursday. Pics to follow as soon as I get mine back from the dealer.

This x2

Our '09 MCS is around that mileage and is eating about half a quart every 1,000 miles. The car will not trip a light until the oil is almost dangerously low.

And FWIW, the '10 Justa hasn't consumed any noticeable oil in ~5k miles, though it is lower mileage (and NA).

Looks good
This looks like a way better deal and you don't have to worry about a unibody frame being slightly bent and it costing you money in tires that wear weird.

Oh, good tip! I'll make a note of it. Looks like she gets it ion Friday. I'm pretty happy with her decision. I get to drive mine during the week and hers on the weekend!
