2009 MINI Justa, Canadian. 5 speed.


Internal Fan motor (passenger cabin heat - blower motor) starting to squeak pretty good when on 1 setting....sometimes on 2.
In most cars I've had, I have been able to remove, drill a pilot hole, add some 3-in-1 oil, seal the hole back up and get a couple more years out of it.


Where is this little beast located please?


I'd rather know a little bit in advance before I start ripping the car apart.


As a secondary question, will there ever be a Haynes manual or service manual for these cars?

Bentley publishes a manual for these cars. Not a great one, mind you, but pretty good. Far better than the Haynes/Chilton's/etc.

Costs a lot more, though.

 

Thanks - I had no idea. I had a Bentley manual for my Golf tdi some yrs ago, but never actively went looking.
