Should I keep or replace my mini??

So I have a 2009 r56 cooper s auto. She is about to hit 70k In miles and I have about 2-3 grand worth of repairs that need to be done. I have a bad blower motor, a knocking in suspension so more than likely all the bushing in the front, leaky turbo feed line, and sun roof motor that's broken. I've already put about 3 grand in repairs in the last year alone so here is my question. Should I do the repairs on the mini and hold on to her? Or should I trade her in and either get a newer mini with the n18 motor in it with lower miles? I have a jeep wrangler for the winter time so this is my non snow car. If I repair the car and keep it I'm curious what else should I look out for repair wise? I know a lot of people have warned of the turbo going around 100k but If I change the feed line I'm gonna throw either a jcw 40mm turbo in or get the 42mm turbo from out motoring. Love my mini and only owe about 10k left till it belongs to me.

I think you might be in a tough spot based on what you owe for it. With all the repairs you say are required, and presuming the car is in cosmetically perfect shape, the dealer may barely give you your payoff, which is tacked on top of your new note anyway. Lots of variables to consider - how much DIY, non-dealer work vs dealer work, cash on hand, etc. One never knows what might break next but you should prioritize the work like engine\oil leaks first. I think the general consensus regarding uprated turbos on stock tunes is don't do it. If your car is anything like my 08, you are at the maintenance heavy mileage mark. I'm sure others will chime in here...Good luck!

Thanks! If I'm coming to the end of my repair trouble I much rather keep the mini and finish paying it off quickly. Anyone know of a good non dealer repair shop here in Colorado? The mini dealer charges around 120 and hour and most repair shops here in longmont charge around 90-110 an hour so I rather do the mini repairs at the dealer.
