low boost?

ok so i bought my 2011 mini cooper s with 24k miles and with my scangauge im reading maybe 11-12 psi full throttle and with jb+ im seeing maybe 13-14 psi and in the 1/4 mile best time was 14.993 (just throwing that in lol) first time ever on the truck worst time was 16.2 and just got better from there but anyways does this seem right? only other mod is alta intake. my 02 hit 16 psi with 15% pulley but that was a whole different animal.

I am only reading 16-18 psi on my JCW, so those numbers seem right. A tune will definitely free up the full potential on this car.
