Sorry you are goign to have to do some searching on the webs. A 5 minute Google search brought back nothing. Most likely you are going to need to get a universal kit and some how fit it. Just be pepared for bad things to happen when you add f/i.

Hmm...search here?
Be sure to do it with your year of car.....gen2 is the "family" or generation of car you have....
Was a popular mod on a "classic" mini from years past....
BUT has not really been done on the new MINI with any regularity.....

A supercharger is a part of the system these guys show to Leno, upgraded generator with capacitors in the truck spins the supercharger instantly to 70,000 rpm's and then backs off when the turbo is fully spooled at about 5k rpms. So, if you just had this supercharger as a kit, it might be worth something.

very long and boring video for such a neat concept.
oddly enough, i had a concept of an idea floating around in my head for some time and always wondered if this was do-able; looks like it is! not practical, but do-able.

see if you can squeeze a R53 supercharger into an R56 non-s; maybe you can score one cheap from a junkyard?

Anything is do-able. But the n16 runs such a high compression, boost is bad for it. The internals can't handle it. I've had the idea of a centrifugal s/c on my 2012 base but i have come to a conclusion it is expensive as all hell, and some seriously computing would be needed for the DME. But if you come up with some more info, I'm all ears.
