Black Wheels

I just bought a stock, 2011 Justa about a month ago. The stock, 15" wheels gotta go. I'd like to get a set of black 17s and put snow tires on the stock wheels.

I'm looking for advice on aftermarket wheel brands to seek or avoid based on owner experience. Price is always a consideration. I'd like to spend as little as possible, but I recognize that the cheapest isn't usually the best way to go. I'm also curious to know what other parts I may need to make larger wheels work (spacers? new TPMS or rebuild kit, etc...).

Thanks in advance.

Enkie is a good choice. Go to the wheel/tire pics thread and find some you like and ask opinions on them. I just got a base conv. R57 and pp pretty sure I am going with 17th +35 Advan.1 R06's with very good all season performance tires comes in right at a grand. Photo shop pic of proposed set up.

You can always look at the used marketplace. There are frequently OEM wheels posted there, as well as some aftermarket. I don't know if your car has TPMS sensors or not (if the wheels have rubber stems on them, you don't have TPMS), but this is also a consideration. There is lots of info here in different threads about wheel offset and spacers, so take a few minutes and see what others have done successfully.

Have fun,
Mike

Look on eBay. I was able to pick up a set of R119 Challenge Replica wheels which were identical in every way to my factory Challenge wheels. Best part $100 per wheel!
