Bump

I'm having the same issue. Just had entirely new wiring harness and ECU installed due to a oil leak at the solenoid.

Car drove fine for first two days after getting it back, but now seeing a CEL and when I scan the code I get the same P00BD code you mentioned, indicating air mass sensor is reading high volumes of air.

What was your solution? Anyone else have any ideas? Tried an ECU reset and also tried clearing the code with the scanner, but to no avail.

Any help would be much appreciated. Hoping I'm not running lean and about to blow my motor...

P00bd

My original problem was a misfire replaced my plugs then had the poobd code I first cleaned the maf but that didn't work but what my problem was a hose wasn't fully seated near the passenger side coming off the air filter box. I secured the hose and it's running great.

LIFESAVER! Wouldn't you know, the intake boot wasn't attached properly. Thank you, thank you. You saved me a boat load of time, stress and money by letting me know. Reattached boot, reset ECU and I'm CLEAR! Thank you, wing it. I mean it.
