So i called my mini dealership about recalls on my car that i just picked up last month. just to see if there were any on there. well there was the normal heat sheild, and water pump. then he said there was one for the timing chain. He said they will check to see if it is the original tensionors and check the chain for strech. well they had it for one day and replaced the water pump, heat sheild, chain, and tensionors. this car is so quiet now on cold start ups. so glad i called.

It is a 2008 mini cooper s. so if you have one, i recomend calling your local dealer to see if they can do the recall.

it has 75000 miles and it was motor city mini in southfeild Michigan.

I just turned 74,000 miles on my Mini. I haven't received a letter, but I need to give them a call.
