Full power not available, possible causes

Full engine power not available. Happened after extensive work inside the engine bay. No check engine light after almost 50 miles. Floored it in manual mode, went to limp Mode at about 5k rpm. We scanned with autozone scanner, evap module is the only one incomplete. We changed Water pump, thermostat housing, brake vacuum pump, air filters, and spark plugs. I also removed the cap off the fuel cell under the right rear seat in an attempt to change fuel filter, but reassembled when I was unable to get filter bowl off. We drove it softly for the last 20 and the light went out. Floored it again, light came back on. I have checked the ignition coils, cam sensor connector (possibly mixed up with thermostat connector?) all air lines. Oil is good, coolant is good. Anything we possibly messed up? When it's cold, the idle has a very slight bounce for the first couple seconds, maybe 100 rpm bounce.

Loose bent or broken? The car now has ABS and traction control light. Still no engine light. Could I have mixed a vacuum line up when I reconnected them to air valve and brake vacuum pump?
