diy timing chain, need torques

Hi all, I need help. I'm replacing the timing chain on our 2008 r56 and I thought my CD manual had bolt torque specs but I can't find them. I need the following:

Upper chain guide, 2 small bolts
3 bearing bolts for side chain guides
3 crankshaft pulley bolts
Valve cover (not really necessary, but while you're looking )
3 bolts for the water pump drive idler, this is the one that is between the crank and water pump pulley.
4 Top engine mount bracket bolts to engine
4 top engine mount bolts to top bracket
3 top engine mount isolator bolts

I think that will do it for now, any help is appreciated!!!
Pat
