I am not at all happy with the service I am receiving form my dealer. If I have to pay a premium for dealer service, then I would at least expect superior service. In addition, the location is not terribly convenient for me, either. At any rate, I need a recommendation for a good independent mechanic (technician, in today's parlance) located in the West Los Angeles area. Thanks in advance for your help.
