WTF is it? I had my 2012 MCS at the dealer for a check engine light. They said the problem was the temperature pressure sensor and replaced it. I get almost all the way home (30 miles) and the CEL is on again. Dealer says bring it back again. PITA!!!

Never heard of a pressure temperature sensor....pressure sensor, yes...temperature sensor, yes...but not the combination of both...completely different media being measured.

Wait a second...smell that?...yep, it's BS.

 

I had something similar on my 09 clubman s, I think it was charge temp sensor or something. Dealer replaced valve cover and a lot of the intake pipes. They sayed something got clogged with oil and oil got in the intake and contaminated the sensor.
