Lowering Issues?

Has anyone with a lowered car have any issues with increased strut and bushing wear? I know that lowering causes negative camber which can be resolved with adjustible control arms. I was told I also need all new bushings and struts if I'm going to lower which is very $$$.

I'm lowering 1.5" and I'm wondering if anyone has had any issues other than tire wear from negative camber...

on stock struts? sure, there could be a slight increase in wear. best would be to get something like koni yellows with your springs
