I have done some research and tried to search here... Not having a lot of luck. My fiance has a 2010 cooper S with the 6speed... We live in Southwest MO and its been pretty cold here.. the clutch started howling when letting it out.

there seems to be a recall for what looks like the same problem in 08's only?

Can you guys clarify as tell me if we're still good on having the dealer service/take care of this for us?

Just got off the phone with Baron Mini in Overland Park... They're going to fix it at no cost since we fall into the 3yr/36k warranty. Thank God for factory warranties.

You realize that you have an R56, and the TSB is for R52 and R53?

And yes, warranty coverage is a wonderful thing.
