Just curious, what did you get from The Rack?

I have the Mini up on a jack while I type getting ready to swap out my summer tires to the Blizzaks on newly purchased Mini 118 style 15's.

To everyone else, keep in mind that snow tires are not just for snow traction. Winter tires excel at reducing braking distances on cold, dry pavement. Even the best all season will have longer braking distances than a cheap snow tire.

Snow tires have saved my bacon too many times over the years. Don't be cheap with tires. The correct tire for the season is the safest and most economical choice over the long term. A set of snow tires is a lot cheaper than the body shop bill, hospital bill or even the insurance deductible if you have an accident that could have been avoided by winter tires...

 

Bridgstone Blizzak's for sure! We got snow here in NW ohio couple weeks ago about 8" and they are AWESOME! Huge difference from all seasons to these. I wont use another tire for winter driving again!

 

Are the Nokians runflats.

Correction...the Nokian WRG2 tires I am considering are not run flats as I am looking for 15 inch tires for my Justa. But the tire is available in a Run Flat version in certain sizes. In fact the it is available in run flat for 16 inch OEM size for Mini S.
