OP, you're a braver man than me to get your 2012 tuned. Although, I'm thinking with your budget its not going to be an issue to have to drive something else for a while.

I asked locally about getting a tune - it was recommended to wait until there was something more readily available for 2012s to avoid the possibility of a car throwing Christmas-tree-like codes or worse. BMW is a bunch of dickwads for changing the ECU year to year.

If Evolve-r can do it though, let me know. I'm very interested to hear what the outcome is.

 

Hmm, my city lights led bulbs arrived today. They are supposed to be error free, but sure enough the dreaded bulb error sign came up when the car is first turned on, but it went away 5 seconds later. Does this mean the bulbs are indeed error-free or is just the bulb out error sign supposed to go away in 5 sec? Either way it doesn't bother me as the sign doesn't show up anymore during driving.

 

I have the same thing. The error light comes on for a few seconds and then goes away.

 

What style and size BBS wheels are those?

 

I got some CANBUS error free city lights from amazon, and they never show an error light.

Hi jtanoyo , may i know where do you buy the exhaust ? And other parts im in indo too but surabaya side and yet cant find store who can stuff me good parts.

Anybody know meisterschaft or ipe valvetronic exhaust is it any better ? Louder/more hp ?

My friend owns a shop (LTBMW, sponsor on E90Post) and ordered it directly from Akrapovic. Wouldn't think it was that hard to call them directly and do the same.

 

I have a question for those of you running a downpipe...

I have an ALTA exhaust and will be getting a 2.5" downpipe. Since the exhaust is 3", will I be able to do the install of the downpipe or will I have fitment issues because of the diff in diameter?
