R56 Highest HP from R56
Bigfed I will tell you this, the ecu work was the only thing you would need to have a true expert do for you.All of the mods on my build are simple hotrod 101 stuff.
Alot of these forum buttdyno guys think building a engine is some sort of voodoo black magic but it is really simple stuff that most any competent engine builder can do.

The engine bulding is easy.. sourcing the parts is the hard part.
On top of that the tuning solution you have given is generic w no info.
Just like many claims before you Glad you were the first one to do it though

If you want to build a stout r56 contact roger/czar ,my shop is booked for the next 18/24 months building real cars(bristols, vipers, vettes, lambos, mercs, audis and ferraris)
My jcw build has produced 320+whp on my shop dynojet and 280+whp on local shops mustang dyno.
Shane there is nothing exotic about my build just common sense mods that anyone with engine building skills could pull off.The hardest part is the machine work and chasing down the small bits and finding a tuning solution.

Oh yea, the MINI is a real car
A lot of us in the states would love to see your work. You can't just come on here and drop a bomb like that without pictures and data. We're all here to learn and share. DImagine the great feeling you would have teaching everyone the steps taken, lessons learned, and other steps along your journey

no ego here just protecting my business while trying to give as much advice as possible for FREE
boys and girls everything is in black and white for you to read and do your OWN research. All you gotta do is find a reputable engine builder that has access to a quality machine shop then find a tuning solution.
The tuning should become easier as time goes by and demand goes up.
Until then you gotta pay to play or think and do it yourself.

But yet you had time to post that
. I have to get this off my chest because I know I many people share my thoughts about the comments you've posted. You don't just come on NAM, say you've built an R56 to rule them all, and share no build details besides short blurbs because you're too busy working on Michael Schumacher's daily driver. It does NOTHING to help the MINI community or to help others along. If you have the "hot rodder" mentality you'd share your thoughts, lessons learned, and pictures of your R56. To me, it looks like you have a loner mentality. So if that's true, please get outta Dodge. Nonsense like this is what make NAM a kid's sandbox from a technical standpoint when compared to Motoring Alliance. One more reason to move on outta here... rant off

Everyone has their own opinion.
My opinion is that most people on nam want someone to hold their hand and do it for free.
Continue to purchase the Cai,boost tubes and catbacks sold here on nam in group buys and be happy with the marketing you have purchased.
I will help but will not give the milk away for free.

The "custom intercooler" probably isn't an intercooler at all.
Seriously guys, why get so worked up? Who really cares if this guy has a 300hp car or not?
Don't the challenge cars run around 300hp?

No they dont...
I just want to see fab work like with the manifold
Blah blah blah, This would only bring business to a shop that does this so no one wins in this case.
