Some things look off to me. Curious what others think.
Inspection (aka Vehicle Check) is not yearly. Mine wasn't due until 3yr/50,000km
Brake Fluid I think is correct yearly.
Cabin, Air, Oil/filter depends on OBC.
Why replace water pump, O2 sensor? Don't those just get replaced when they fail?
FYI JCW need spark plugs replaced every oil change interval.

If you read the top line of the PDF you will notice that it states "Bavarian Otto’s Ultimate Maintenance Schedule"
This is a private company that sell parts you need for just about any BMW/MINI. They are a great company to work with and over the years have come up with a more strict maintenance schedule. That is what this PDF is, I.E. their recommendations on what should be done and when.

This is NOT an OEM schedule.
