Water Shield (for serpentine belt) Clips Needed

Howdy folks,

From under the car, there is an elongated triangle shaped water shield/splash guard under the passenger side which covers the Serpentine Belt on my 2010 Mini Cooper S. There are 3 specialty screws, 2 of which screw into a metal clip. I am looking to replace those 2 broken clips. Does anyone happen to know the part number or where I might be able to purchase them?

Also, it looks like a similar water shield/splash guard should or could be fitted to the drivers side, but mine is not present. Should it be?

Here is a pic of a broken one:

Thank you in advance!

Cheers!

The part number can be found here somewhere.

I didn't know exactly the part but i think it is called a body nut. So search for that to find the right diagram.
