Current Promotions?
Hello all,
I read somewhere that MINI was running a promo where you get a free option package with the purchase of a new MINI. However, I am unable to find any info on this promotion. Does anyone know if the promotion is still going on?
Thanks.

Good Luck! We just got the 2011 (on the left in the pic below). We got the premium package FREE and 0.9% financing... At that rate you can't afford NOT to finance it.

Thanks! How did you take advantage of this offer for your hardtop? The link says it's only valid on the Clubman.
MINI has been offering pretty good deals for a while now. I was able to take advantage of 0.9% plus free Premium Package on my MCS Hardtop back in March. Looking at current deals, I am not surprised to see the Hardtop dropped from the offerings. Based on the most recent sales figures released, the Hardtop and the Countryman have been selling pretty well, however the Clubman and the Convertible have not sold well at all.
I can somewhat understand the lack of appeal for the Clubman with the Countryman as competition, even though they are really very different in the way the drive and handle. My son has an 09 Clubman and it is a terrific car, especially if you think you might have to have a real person ride in the back seat from time to time. It drives just like a Hardtop, in fact it may be better for cruising with the slightly longer wheelbase. I thought about getting a Clubman, but I rarely need to carry a backseat passenger. The one I can't figure out is the weak sales on the Convertible. I guess the almost $5000 premium makes it compete with a lot of other very nice cars.
