OEM Arm Rest Problem

I have an OEM Arm Rest with the lid that slides back. My problem is that the lid is constantly sliding back when I am driving! Not only is it distracting, it is a pain in the AZZ! .

Is this Normal? Should I have the dealer replace it. Is there a quick fix other then gluing it shut. I do keep my garage opener in it.

Thanks in Advance! AXO

It is a common problem. Dealer can fix it. I had to have mine fixed. I think they just replace the top sliding part.
