Don't mind the LEDs they don't come with the scuttles.

 

Anyone know the OEM part number for these?
I can't seem to find it because the year is not available.

lol, I really want these so I called Mini of Alexandria....long story short they're morons that really have no idea what I was trying to tell them. 2011 base model black factory side scuttles. I don't know how much clearer I can be. Finally the parts guy went to look at a floor model to look at them. He can't find a part number for them. Go figure, maybe I'll have better luck on Monday

 

LOL, apparently they don't exist! I called my dealer also and they keep telling me they have not changed on base models for r56. They try giving me the older ones.
There is no part number for them in the system.

Just a cooper, meaning base model.
I had those JCW mesh ones, lost one and not worth spending $150 on another set. I think i found someone to sell me a set, will post pics installed once i get them..

I know this isn't the right thread to ask this but are you 2011 Justa owners happy with your engine performance? Any problems when passing on the freeway? Acceleration feel sluggish at all? I have to test drive one but I wanted to get some opinions as well. Thanks!

 

I finally got my hands on a set....they are brand new!

 

The manual is a little quicker than the auto, but I've never felt like my Cooper is underpowered, at least not when it comes to safe passing and merging. Down the straights at Sebring, a little more power would be nice, but it's plenty for the street, IMO.

 

I love my scuttles!

 

ALSCRX, why are you looking for non-S scuttles?

 

Presumably the flat black texture and simple style. I prefer my non-S scuttles (pre-facelift) to any of the other pre-facelift scuttles, personally.

 

Hey, when i got the S i changed the scuttles the same day because of the design and chrome look. I had the JCW mesh scuttles to match the JCW kit.
I lost one on the highway....don't wanna pay $140 for a new set. I like the look of the "new"2011 non S scuttles because they are black and simple looking. I am also a simple and plain kinda guy,lol, i debadged the whole boot the day i took it home. All the letters and S came off and now its clean looking

 

Trying to Black out my JCW's. See what they come up with.

If no one comes up with the part number before my car gets to the dealer from the VDC I'll check for it when I've got them off to ditch the yellow bulbs.

Bought them in the marketplace about 2 months ago. Or the LEDS? I got those from Moss MINI I think.

I called a local dealer for the 2011 Justa side scuttles and they provided me with the following.
The part numbers for these Left and Right are:

63137260201
63137260202

He told me there are only a few in Germany and none in the USA yet as they just started producing these as replacement/spare parts.

If anyone finds these for sale please let me know.
