You will probably wait up to 6 weeks after delivery and if you still don't get it then call MINI.

I didn't order my MINI but I did get a box of goodies in the mail about 2 weeks after I registered on the MINI Lounge.

Same for me. Got the adventure kit and magazine about 2 weeks after registering on Mini Lounge and a month and a half after getting the car.
