mini winter storage

I just got my (07)mini S this year and I have no plan to ever let it see the snow/salt. I just wanted to ask all of you if you have any tips for winter storage. I already have a cover and a nice safe garage spot for it. Should I be doing anything else to/for Loki for the winter.

Anyone have any thoughts?

About the only thing I would do is start it and let run until it was hot, turn on the A/C to keep it clean, at least every 2 weeks or better yet weekly. I don't know if you want to go to the trouble of putting it up on jackstands to keep from flat spotting the tires or not. Of course I couldn't stand the thought of not driving Scooter for 2 or 3 months snow/salt be d***ed.

When you fire it up per the BensMini suggestion, move the car forward or back a couple of feet to minimize the flat spotting issue.
