How do you remove steering inserts?
I want to get the inserts off on my 3 spoke steering wheel so I can get them custom painted, but I need to remove them first.

I searched instruction for the JCW carbon inserts so I can see how they install them on an R56 steering wheel as guidence, but I fail to find any. Seen some for none R56. Please advise.

Thank you very much. This helps a lot. It shows how to remove the left & right inserts. But how about the lower insert?

just out of curiosity, are you planning on doing anything about the buttons on the steering wheel?

Hmm, the attachments in earliest posts don't work.

I want to swap out the lower center insert for the JCW one. Is it an easy task?
