I want to get the inserts off on my 3 spoke steering wheel so I can get them custom painted, but I need to remove them first.

I searched instruction for the JCW carbon inserts so I can see how they install them on an R56 steering wheel as guidence, but I fail to find any. Seen some for none R56. Please advise.

Hmm, the attachments in earliest posts don't work.

I want to swap out the lower center insert for the JCW one. Is it an easy task?
