So I decided to get the JCW tuning kit and suspension.
After a month of negotiating with my 3 local dealers I was able to get a price math to Morristown Mini and dropped off my car yesterday morning.

Well at night while taking a study break from property law I checked out ebay and lo and behold Mini of Main Line in Pennsylvania is selling a bran new in the box JCW kit for just $1425. At first I got really mad and upset that I am paying $400 more, but the good thing is at least some one might take advantage of it.

Now on their web site they don't have the deal, for some reason they only have it on ebay

 

Yours is bought and will be installed; if it doesn't get bid up, if you bring the parts to a dealer they may want a premium to install it, and they may not be able to warranty it, and does the box o' parts include the ECU tune?

No you're right to a degree, but still would have been nice to save some $.
I emailed them and it does include the ECU tune, thats the whole point.
They said that the wining bidder has to provide his WIN to get the ECU tune, just as if you were to order from Morristown.
