Hello fellow Mini people. Just wanting to know if there are those out there that now have high mileage on their R56s and those are experiencing problems or cruising trouble free. I have just crossed the 10,000 mile marker in my r56 s and look forward to keeping this car possibly past the 100,000 mile mark.

 

i am also interested because i am thinking of trading my lease for a finance and keeping it for 5 to 10 years. Right now i have 32k miles with only minor issues, all of which have been resolved by my dealer. I am interested in post warrant ownership costs.

 

Check this thread. It might be at least halfway relevant. A lot of folks posted their mileage.

 

I'm at 72,000 on my '07 and it has never seen the dealer for any problems.

 

that makes me feel better about my future purchase. Between lowinterest, tax breaks, and my lease is up in under year its a great time to buy.
