OEM Bike Rack

I was wondering if anyone notice a big drop off in mileage after installing the OEM bike rack on their mini? If so by how much.

Yes, but I don't remember exactly how much.

BTW, you'll have a drop off in fuel consumption efficiency any time you increase aerodynamic drag. It is not unique to the OEM hardware.

I've got that travel box (coffin) for long trips and do see a drop in MPG but it isn't very large. Say 4-5 at most. Of course thats at a reasonable rate of speed
