My dealer doesn't know if this is possible. If you order the Parking Distance Control (507) from the factory, can the dealer still install the JCW Aero Kit and is the Parking Distance Control still usable?

I search the forums, and didn't find anyone who many have ordered the factory installed Parking Distance Control and had the dealer install the JCW Aero Kit and still have the Parking Distance Control usable.

Any ideas?

 

On my dealer's accessories site it lets you choose whether you have PDC or not.

So yes, you can have PDC and the JCW Aero kit, but you gotta order the right kit.

Actually, the dealer did call shortly after I posted my question. Since this is in reference to the new R57, the dealer couldn't confirm if the JWC Kit for Packing Distance Control was available for the R57 for 2009. They have since confirmed it by calling Mini. I guess the 2009 R57 parts discs have not arrived at the dealership.

I would have posted this in the R57 board, but with less than 1 week since it's launch, I didn't think anyone would know, but I figured it would be the same with the coupe.
