Emission Standards?

So, I purchased my 09 MCS in Pennsylvania, a state the sells cars that have CA-level emissions standards and cars that do not.

According to the EPA fuel economy website, the "Underhood Label ID" for both the ULEV II and BIN 5 MCSes are exactly the same.

Anyone know or know how I can figure out if I have a ULEV II or BIN 5 MCS?

I ask because I saw a "ULEV" sticker on a newer Honda Civic this morning, and I'd like to be able to scoff at the Civic's enviromental friendly-ness as much as I scoff at it's pick-up!

I think I read somewhere that that information is encoded in the VIN number. Maybe someone who knows can help...

Okay, I tried my VIN on a few VIN "decoder" sites. Short of paying the $whatever for the extended reports, does anyone know what I should be looking for?
