They do list ordered cars in their inventory and do not tag them as "already adopted" like some other dealer websites. When I went there last month for a test drive I think they actually had 6 available. (2 clubbies, 1 MC, 2 MCS and a 2009 JCW).

If you were to buy one off the lot there you can expect an additional sheet on the windshield listing the $599.95 dealer fee (with a disclaimer that this charge represents additional profit to the dealer), some way over-priced window tint ($450 if I remember correctly) and it seems there was something else but can't remember.
