Car went in for a new windshield and now it's stuck at the dealer
I had a big (huge) crack on my windshield from a rock so I took it in to the dealer to have it replaced.
I also had some stained trim (cosmolene) and my RTTI wasn't working (kept saying currently no reception).
Well the windshield was replaced and the trim was cleaned (they will replace next time if necessary) but during the software update the tech experienced a CCC failure. So now the car cannot be started. The dealer will start the PUMA process on monday.
Hopefully it will be resolved by tuesday. I'm about 380miles from work and I'll need to drive back on tuesday.
