They are held on with double sided stickyness....but they do have pins to help locate them properly which means there are in fact holes behind them if you're planning on removing them.
Anybody successfully removed and replaced these emblems? What glue or sticky stuff did you use to replace the emblem? A new one cost $30 bucks so replacement seems prudent.
