Alrighty, so my R56 hood scoop is melting...

The tech at the dealer says the Carbon Fiber one isnt prone to doing this...and he will offset the cost of the JCW and give it to me for a really good price.

But...I keep hearing that the JCW scoops discolor easily and its best to have them painted?

Anyone here experience this?

 

might want to ask this on the jcw garage thread... i should have asked my tech person at the dealer for the same thing... i want that scoop!

make sure his price is lower that morristownmini... they have the cheapest jcw accessories!
