Nagging Suspension Issue

What in your opinion would make a MINI sit lower on one side after corner. I have just installed the JCW suspension replacing just about everything that would cause a problem.

I still notice after cornering to right the rear (drivers side) seems unbalanced (sits lower) albeit it is less noticable now with the stiffer springs and struts. However, a quick turn to the left seems to fix the issue until another right corner or turn.

I love the new JCW addition to my car, but this issue keeps nagging me. I had an alignment done when the suspension was installed last week.

could it be:
  • Chassis flexing
  • Struts moving
  • stablizer bar (sway bar) holding the control arm
  • control arms themselves
Any thoughts would be appreciated. I don't want to spend any more money on my Mini. with suspension my is $30,000 grand. Am I Crazy PLEASE

I know ive read a claim about perfect side to side weight distribution, but I'm pretty sure that is a load. Depending on the autox course I do much better with a passenger to help balance out the car. If its left hand bias I notice it hurts things. Perhaps this is what you are talking about, but I dont notice the imbalance until the extremes. All times ive spun the mini around have been for right handed turns. Same for every front wheel drive car ive spun around though.

Oh and not easy to fix it if that is the issue short of coilovers and professionally corner weighted

I don't do much autocross but I can tell after cornering. What is corner weighting and where can I have that done?

I'm getting the sinking feeling that my troubles could be a control arms or subframe issue. I've noticed when I park my car, the rear looks out of alignment with the front of the car. Is there anyway to tell if there is an issue with the subframe? Like i've said many times before. when I do a hard left u-turn it seems to straighten and balance things out for a bit.

I want to give this car back to MINI!
