Where can I buy the clear rear tail lamps for the R56, I know the dealer got them in stock but the are asking $330 for the pair.

Wow thats crazy... So if you dont get it as a factory installed option its $330?

 

Pelican parts has them for $258 + shipping. One of the NAM vendors that deals in OEM parts can probably do as well. See the Vendor Directory.

 

I thought the clear lamps were not even an option on the r56.....
At least thats what it says in the the catalogue that my ma gave me.

 

Yeah they dont make clear tail lamps yet, I think he is just refering the clear turn indicator from the factory vs the orange one you guys states side have to order seprately as an option on the MCS

Don't forget the side indicators [on the Cooper], headlight turn signal lenses, and CHMSL are also "clear" with the $100 factory clear indicator option. I would imagine it's hugely expensive to convert your MINI over unless you're really dedicated!
